Phoneme Builder Alphabet

A language that can express any phoneme that the human mouth can express. Originally designed on paper and then adapted to ASCII. A combination of these letters can make a phoneme.

backness + height + roundedness (default unrounded) + tone (default mid-tone) + diphthong vowel + phonation (default unvoiced)
to make a consonant:
articulation + (laterality default none) + pulmonics + affricate (same phonation, default none) + phonation (mandatory) + aspiration (default none)
