Optimism as Anchor in Happiness

We with you have an area of sensed reality,
and we with you have an area of emotions,
as well as an area of finite expressions such as words,
imagine each as a separate gridded sheet.

In your experience we with you draw lines interconnecting certain sense stimulus with certain emotions and finite expressions.
Once these links are solidly established you can work them in reverse.
A word linking to an emotion linking to a sensed reality.
These are the finite controls a self-conscious entity has over an infinite reality.

Stabalizing an emotions,
through yoga and meditation,
allows one to experience the infinite reality assossciated with that emotion.

Further fine tuning can be achieved with finite expressions.

So the pessimist can drive their entity vehicle into a pessimistic reality,
While the optimist can put themselves into an optimistic reality.
