zu.gki. quality control is one of the most evil things imaginable .u the tyrant of robot society .gki. dai ki gi xu kq bqi ka.)2-MP@.

zu.gki. as long as quality control assures diversity it seems okay .u diversity increases thrivability in a variety of future scenarios .gki. dai ki gi xu kq bqi ka.l!-wgi.

zu.gki. but how about us researchers? we might toil away for years on something
.u that doesn't add value to the community in any readily percievable method
.i but it's a really long term thing
.i you might get executed for just not being useful enough
.u that's the danger of a quality control economy based on efficiency standards .gki. dai ki gi xu kq bqi ka.)2-MP@.

zu.gki. basically what Remyu is saying is that quality control government might not sufficiently value conscious life forms as their progress is not as measurable
.i quality control governments might get rid of disabled or elderly entities not pulling their weight .gki. dai ki gi xu kq bqi ka.l!-wgi.

zu.gki. basically it's like your human capitalism in that resources are allocated to those that increase societal robustness and efficiency
.u assuming an abundance of resources a relatively small discovery can keep a researcher sustained by the community for a long time
.i long lived entities get supported simply on the basis that longer life spans lends to robustness through wisdom
.i neural circuitry is backed up at any peaks of efficiency or relating to new discoveries
.i then sometimes a new researcher is created from the backups of several researchers
.u a mind child is born .gki. dai ki gi xu kq bqi ka.)2-MP@.
